Having undergone a double mastectomy in August of 2020, my journey from competing at the 2022 USA Masters National Cycling Championship has evolved into a passion for helping others in their battle to overcome surgery, disability, pain and adversity.
I am sharing my story in hopes that others are inspired to share theirs and deliver a positive message of resiliency, strength and courage to overcome all kinds of resistance, from cancer to any of life’s challenges.
